    We will walk and talk together — in person or via Zoom with headphones / AirPods to connect us. Together we will move our bodies forward all while connecting with sensations, imagery, and observations of your body.

  • Witness to Grief Group

    (50 minutes)

    For people who identify as Women.

    The Witness to Grief group meets weekly to support those who struggle with feelings pertaining to loss and grief of any kind. Examples of loss include the loss of a loved one, loss of personal identity, loss of the sense of community / place in the world, a dramatic change in ones life, anticipatory grief, and more. Grief is heavy. My hope is for us to come together with curiosity and wonder to metabolize the heaviness so we can learn new ways to live with it.

    The group is based in mindfulness and leans on a gentle relationship with Buddhism to create a supportive space. One need not be Buddhist to attend — people of all faiths are welcome and encouraged to participate.
